This week's episode included a news segment from the Palestine News Network in the occupied West Bank city of Bethlehem. Then we talked about support for police and military violence, including former Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell being the keynote speaker at a fundraiser for the Friends of the Israeli Defense Forces, and also the tear gas manufacturing plant in Jamestown, Pennsylvania which is producing the tear gas used to suppress dissent in Oakland, Egypt, Palestine, and elsewhere across the globe.

There is a group of people, including students with Pitt Students for Justice in Palestine, going from Pittsburgh to Jamestown to confront Combined Systems Incorporated for producing tear gas tomorrow, December 1st.

The news about Ed Rendell and Barbara Streisand came from an article on Mondoweiss.net. Much credit to their great reporting!

Finally, check out occupyphilly.org for more information on the Occupy Movement here in Philadelphia.
